1. Open a new 500x200 image
   72 pixels
   white background

2. Select the text tool
   Leave most of the settings the same as in Chrome Text except choose an interesting font and a nice color
   (I used red and a font called Chiller which you may not have)

3. Images... Effects... Drop Shadow
   Opacity 50
   Blur 5
   Vertical 11
   Horizontal 8

4. Experiment with other settings to get different effects
